116. The Cycle of Pride

From the days when we're good and we're faithful

To the days when we're really bad.

There's more to learn. We can give. We can burn,

If we follow every fad.

When we're good and we think we are better

Then others, we will fall in our sin. 

Then we must repent. The Lord's Spirit he'll send.

Then we can rise up once again.

It's the Cycle of Pride

And it moves us all

Through despair and hope

Through faith and love

Til we find our place

On the path continuous
